Our Basics classes are a great introduction to Pilates.
The focus of these classes will be to learn the beginner level exercises in an environment where you can feel comfortable to ask questions. We want to ensure you are feeling the right muscles and get a good understanding of the movements.

An Intermediate level class focusing on building strength and stamina alongside control and precision of the exercises. The class will introduce more challenging exercises and suitable for those individuals who have successfully mastered the beginner level exercises.

Pilates Level3 Advanced

An Advanced level class focusing on dynamic movement whilst working toward completing all of the 34 mat exercises. A challenging class suitable for healthy individuals who have successfully mastered the intermediate level exercises. You will be challenged and you should work up a sweat!
